Since 2011, aside from practicing Bikram Yoga, Giselle learned body working from world renowned Bikram yogi Esak Garcia. Esak trains and trains others using body working techniques taught to him by Mary Jarvis. Mary found that by practicing Bikram Yoga daily combined with wall walking or backbending several times a day, a yoga practitioner could increase their range of motion in advanced postures.
By backbending Giselle has been able to access her upper spine along with a good range of motion in her shoulders. Should Giselle continue her regime of wall walking backbends she should be able to deepen her postures.
